Saleen has won many races with its Mustangs, including the famous 24 hours of Le Mans, 24 hours of Daytona, and many SCCA championships. "S281" had Ford Modular 4.6l 281CI V8 (with 16 valve SOHC and DOHC 32 valve versions). There were supercharged version S281 SC with a supercharged 4.6l V8, making 465 hp.
